DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How long is the delivery period?

  • For orders within Metro Manila, packages should arrive in 1-3 days. On the other hand, orders to be shipped outside of Metro Manila takes 3-7 days. This schedule might change as some products are fresh upon order, but you will be notified when there are changes or delays.

What if I have problems with the orders delivered to me?

  • Please email us at pinoybodega@gmail.com or send us a message on our Facebook page so we can assist you promptly.

What should I do if I want to return/refund my items?

  • All food items are non-refundable. However, if there is a mix-up or other concerns with your order, you may e-mail us at pinoybodega@gmail.com or send us a message on our Facebook page so we can assist you promptly.

What if I want to cancel my order?

  • Due to the sensitivity in terms of handling of some food items, we cannot cater to order cancellations. If you want to add to your existing order, please email us at pinoybodega@gmail.com or send us a message on our Facebook page so we can assist you.

I want to save on delivery costs, can I pick up my order instead?

  • Yes! We have different pick-up points in Manila, Malolos, Bulacan, and La Trinidad, Benguet.

PAYMENT

What are your payment methods?

  • We accept credit and debit card payments, bank transfers, g-cash, remittance centers and other over the counter options.

Can I pay upon receiving my order?

  • Yes, you may choose the COD or Cash On Delivery payment option. After you've completed your order, please click "checkout" on the page. This will prompt you to choose from the payment options, where you can choose "COD". Please note, however, that this option is only available for deliveries within Metro Manila, and some parts of Benguet.

Can I pay via Bank Deposit?

  • Yes, you may choose "Bank Deposit" as the payment channel and deposit to our BPI, BDO, and EastWest Bank account. After payment has been made, please send a proof of payment / tracking number to pinoybodega@gmail.com. Once payment has been verified, your items will be shipped immediately. You will be notified via SMS or e-mail once the package has been sent.

How do I pay via Remittance Centers?

  • Choose "Remittance Center" as the payment method and settle the amount due from any of the following payment centers: Western Union, Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier & LBC. After payment has been made, please send the proof of payment/tracking numbers to pinoybodega@gmail.com Once payment has been verified, your items will be shipped immediately.

OTHER CONCERNS

Do you have a physical store?

  • Pinoy Bodega PH will soon have a physical store, but until then, we cannot accommodate customers in it yet.

Can I order in bulk?

  • Yes! We can accommodate bulk orders and give huge discounts, too! Please email us at pinoybodega@gmail.com or send us a message on our Facebook page so we can discuss with you our bulk discounts.

Are you open to collaborations & business deals?

  • Send us an email at pinoybodega@gmail.com and we'll see how we can accommodate your concerns.
